Team Lead & Listing Specialist
Rachel is the Team Leader of The Davenport Group at Keller Williams Realty Partners and our lead listing specialist. She is a native Georgian and has personally been a Real Estate Agent for over 15 years, during which time she closed over 1200 Real Estate transactions representing both Buyers & Sellers! Because of her experience she has a very thorough knowledge of today’s market & current values which she has passed on to all of her team. She has built a reputation of professionalism, integrity and placing her clients needs above all else. This reputation resonates through the entire Davenport Group.
When she works with a property owner to market and sell their property she focuses on the maximum profit for her client with the shortest marketing time possible. She offers weekly marketing reports so homeowners are always kept up to date with the market. She always markets her listings so they get the full exposure, such as Primer Listings on Zillow.com along with maximum exposure to buyers on a multitude of different websites! She provides professional photography at no additional cost to her clients along with professional virtual tours and custom printed presentation magazines showcasing her clients individual homes.
Director of Operations
Joseph Vantrepotte serves as the Director of Operations for The Davenport Group. Joseph’s experience in both the fintech industry and as a senior consultant for an international management consulting firm allows him to focus on long-term strategy while also developing processes and procedures which ensures that every client of The Davenport Group has a first class experience from the beginning of the transaction to end.
Lori Patterson is the office manager here at TDG. She will work diligently behind the scenes alongside our dedicated agents to make sure that nothing is overlooked and that your entire real estate transaction experience is as smooth as possible. From the very moment you first start working with us she will be behind the scenes making sure all questions are answered and that you get the 5 star service from start to finish that The Davenport Group is renowned for.
Lead Generation Director
Kat is our Director of Lead Generation – she was an Inside Sales Agent (or ISA) for a year prior to taking on this role. She’s one of the first people you speak to when you call to sell your current home, or purchase a new one! Kat has nearly four years of real estate experience & knowledge that she brings to the team. Her vibrant & outgoing personality make her the perfect match for this client-focused position. Kat’s work as a former Listing Coordinator and Director of Operations allows her to provide a first-class experience to every individual who contacts The Davenport Group for help with their real estate plans.
Client Care Coordinator
Katie is the Client Care Coordinator for our team, also known as the inside-sales agent, or ISA. She connects new clients to the agent that best suits their real estate needs! Katie loves getting to know our clients and answering their questions, providing them with the highest level of customer service. Before joining The Davenport Group, Katie worked as a shepherd on a farm in North Georgia. She looks forward to helping you get started on your real estate journey!
Chris Young is a Buyer’s specialist and has been licensed since 2006. She has devoted herself to assisting her client’s real estate goals while also ensuring that their best interest is held to the highest standard. It’s been Chris’ goal to protect your buying rights, find the home that best fits your needs, negotiate the best terms all while providing superior service. She believes that experience and knowledge, along with communication, is key so that her client’s have the highest confidence and satisfaction throughout their buying journey.
Allie has lived and worked here locally her whole life, she understands what makes the community and the people who call it home so special, that’s what makes her a local real estate expert. Allie works with each of her clients individually, taking the time to understand their unique needs and lifestyle. She works hard to not only find that perfect home, but to guide a buyer every step of the way. She handles every last detail of the purchase process, from negotiating the terms of sale to being there for her buyer even after the deal has closed.
Jordan is a Georgia native. She grew up just outside of Atlanta with her dad and younger brother. Since she was a young girl, she has had a passion for helping others. This passion has given Jordan a unique talent for handling each client with genuine care and compassion. She understands the ins and outs of the real estate process and is dedicated to taking the time to understand her clients needs and lifestyles and match them with the perfect home.
Kerry was Florida born and Georgia raised, and has come full circle back to the North Georgia mountains. After working with the Davenport Group as a client, she was so impressed with the experience she decided to join as a listing specialist to provide that same experience for all of her clients. Kerry takes pride in her ability to truly understand what is important to her clients and exceed their expectations every step of the way!
Randi was born and raised in Arkansas, but lived all over the Eastern part of the country before settling down in the Metro ATL area. Randi is passionate about providing her clients with a true concierge level of service. She seeks to understand the unique goals of each client, then fiercely advocates on their behalf until they are accomplished. Making each part of the transaction as stress-free as possible gives her deep satisfaction. Her dedication to outstanding customer service and unwavering focus on always doing what is best for the client goes hand in hand with the values and goals of The Davenport Group.
