We meet with one new 55 and up, independent living, assisted living, luxury senior living, or memory care community every week and interview them to find the best facilities for our clients. We do not accept any form of financial incentive from these facilities as we feel that if we were to accept a fee we no longer would be providing an unbiased opinion for our clients. We have also developed a network of qualified companies that partner alongside us to make the transition as smooth as possible.

By earning the SRES® Designation, Rachel has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 55+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.
We will meet with you, and any relevant family members, to provide a complimentary home evaluation. We will then review your time frames and strategize the best plan of action. If you have not decided on an assisted living facility, we have met and toured numerous facilities and can help guide you to the facility that best fits your needs and lifestyle.
Once the time frames have been determined we will schedule our professional stager to go through the home with you. They will work with you to determine what items you would like to take with you to your new space as well as what items your family would like to keep.
After we determine which items you will be taking with you, our estate sale specialist will then work with you on what you would like to sell, keep, and donate. This includes a free estate appraisal and then we will schedule the estate sale if desired.
Getting Ready to Sell
Now that all of your belongings have been organized, you will work with any trade services to make any necessary repairs or upgrades to the property to get the house in the best condition to maximize your profit. We have relationships with many contractors, some of which will accept payment for their completed sevices at closing.
We will pay to have your home photographed by a nationally-recognized photographer because professional photography is essential to any effective marketing plan.

We make sure your home is listed on FMLS, GAMLS, NEGAMLS, & KWLS to maximize your home’s exposure to all Real Estate agents world wide.

To maximize your home’s exposure, 60 of your closest neighbors will get a personal letter letting them know your home just came on the market. Those same 60 neighbors will also get a personal phone call from our team letting them know the home is on the market and to ask if they know of anyone looking to purchase a home and if your home would be a good fit.
