She provides professional photography at no additional cost to her clients along with professional virtual tours and custom printed presentation magazines showcasing her clients individual homes.
Joseph Vantrepotte serves as the Director of Operations for The Davenport Group. Joseph’s experience in both the fintech industry and as a senior consultant for an international management consulting firm allows him to focus on long-term strategy while also developing processes and procedures which ensures that every client of The Davenport Group has a first class experience from the beginning of the transaction to end.

Kat ‘s vibrant & outgoing personality make her the perfect match for this client-focused position. Her work as a former Listing Coordinator and Director of Operations allows her to provide a first-class experience to every individual who contacts The Davenport Group for help with their real estate plans.
Ashley Parker is an area native; born at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta. Ashley prides herself on her ability to achieve a successful outcome by understanding her client’s needs and desires. She is driven by helping members of our community achieve the american dream of home ownership. The real estate market is constantly evolving, and Ashley takes the time to take continuing education to stay on top. Ashley holds certifications as a New Home Buyer Expert, Military Relocation Professional and Accredited Listing Professional.
Chris Young is a Buyer’s specialist and has been licensed since 2006. She has devoted herself to assisting her client’s real estate goals while also ensuring that their best interest is held to the highest standard. It’s been Chris’ goal to protect your buying rights, find the home that best fits your needs, negotiate the best terms all while providing superior service. Amy is a Georgia native who has lived in and is familiar with many different areas in Georgia, particularly Metro Atlanta. She is a Vietnamese-American and speaks Vietnamese fluently. Amy also has a background in insurance (property and casualty), which can help smooth the home buying process for her clients. She loves to study and keep up with the real estate market during her free time. Her analytical skills, determination, and sweet personality help her to better understand her clients and their needs, to find and help them close in on their ideal property.
